Care Circle
Let someone take care of you from afar.
Share a chosen slice of your Apple Watch health data with a partner, a caregiver or a doctor - straight from your Health Vault. They see scores, adherence, symptoms or documents in a read-only view, never anything you haven't switched on, and you can turn any of it off at any time.

Share exactly what you choose, nothing more
Sharing is per person and per area. Your basic profile always rides along; everything else stays off until you turn it on.
Pick who sees it
Invite a partner, a family caregiver or a doctor with a link. Each person gets their own share, set up independently.
Choose the categories
Turn on scores, program adherence, raw vitals, symptoms, documents, or a single medical program - area by area, person by person.
Read-only, always
A recipient opens a view-only file. They can see what you've shared; they can't edit, log, or change anything in your account.
Switch it off anytime
Turn one category back off or end a share entirely, and it stops for that person immediately - no waiting, no explanation needed.
Three steps to a shared care circle
- 1
Invite
Send an invite link to the person you want to loop in.
- 2
Grant
Choose what they can see, area by area. Everything except your basic profile starts off.
- 3
Review
Check in anytime - see what's shared with whom, and adjust or revoke it in a tap.
You decide what leaves your file - always.
Care Circle is opt-in end to end: nothing is shared until you switch it on, category by category. A recipient never sees more than you granted, and taking a grant back takes effect for them immediately, too.
Common questions
Can I share my Apple Watch health data with another person?+
Yes. Care Circle lets you share a chosen slice of your Apple Watch and Health Vault data with a partner, a caregiver or a doctor - read-only, and only the categories you switch on.
How do I share health data with my family?+
Open Health Vault, invite a family member into your Care Circle with a link, and choose what they see, area by area. Your basic profile always rides along; everything else starts off until you turn it on.
Is there a caregiver app for an elderly parent's health?+
Yes - Care Circle is built for exactly this. A caregiver installs Sam, accepts your invite, and sees only the categories you grant - scores, symptoms, program adherence, documents - in a read-only view.
Can I share my wearable data with my doctor or clinic?+
Yes. Grant your doctor access to specific categories - a single medical program or your documents, for example - and they see exactly that, read-only, inside Sam.
How can I monitor an elderly parent's health remotely?+
Ask them to add you to their Care Circle and agree on what to share - scores, symptoms, program adherence. You then see that slice of their health whenever you check Sam, from wherever you are, and they can adjust or end the share at any time.
Does everyone I share with see the same thing?+
No. Sharing is set up per person. You can give a doctor your blood pressure program and give a partner your sleep and stress scores, without either seeing what the other has.
Can I stop sharing later?+
Yes, at any time. Switch a single category back off or end the share completely, and the recipient loses access immediately.
