Your history from Apple Health
Already tracking in Apple Health? Sam brings in up to two years of past periods and never overwrites a day you logged yourself.
Your numbers, nothing guessed
Day of your cycle, your shortest and longest cycle, how long your periods last. All counted from what you logged.
A Cycle report for your doctor.
Before an appointment, export your record as a PDF: cycles recorded, their length, bleeding days per period, bleeding between periods and your notes. Every number is counted from your entries. What it means is for your doctor to say.

Contact SupportIs cycle tracking in Sam free?
Yes, for everyone and without limits. It does not use up a program slot, on the free plan or with Sam Pro. The Cycle report is included.
Does Sam show my fertile days or my next period?
No. Sam has no next-period estimate, no fertile window and no ovulation day, and it is not a method of contraception. It shows what you logged: cycle days, cycle length and period length.
Can I import my cycle history from Apple Health?
Yes. If you allow access, Sam reads up to two years of period days from Apple Health, so your history is there from the start. It only reads, and a day you logged yourself stays as you logged it.
What can I log for a day?
The flow, from spotting to heavy, and how the bleeding affected your day, for example that it woke you at night or changed your plans. Add a note and your symptoms in the same sheet.
